Karen is the owner of Capacity Strategies, LLC and her passion is to help nonprofits maximize their missions through building financial and organizational capacity. She has been a guest on several national radio broadcasts, a contributing author to several books and publications, and is a workshop and conference speaker. Karen has been married to Jeff for 46 years and is mom to four amazing grown kids.
