New Attorney Scholarship Application

CLS is pleased to offer scholarship funds for “new attorneys” (Attorneys who graduated from law school within the past 7 years) to attend the 2026 CLS National Conference. Scholarships are based on need and actual expenses and will be awarded on a rolling basis until funds are depleted. Please note you will still be responsible for registering yourself for the conference (use the CLS Member New Attorney registration). For questions, please email Melissa Scott at mscott@clsnet.org.

NOTE: Awardees will receive scholarship disbursement in the form of a check at the national conference. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you will register for the national conference, check in at registration, and attend the conference to receive any funds that may be awarded. Additionally, submission of this form does not ensure that you will receive scholarship funds.

To receive a new attorney scholarship, you must become a CLS member by no later than October 8, 2026. We never want finances to be a hinderance to CLS membership.
