Job Summary
We are a small, dynamic law firm seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support civil and business litigation and transactional matters.
This role offers hands-on experience, close collaboration with attorneys, and involvement in cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Assist with case management, calendaring, and deadlines
- Prepare filings, exhibits, and trial binders
- Conduct legal research and summarize records
- Communicate with clients, counsel, and courts
- Support litigation and transactional projects
Qualifications
- 2–9 years paralegal experience preferred
- Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
