- Manage all aspects of domestic and family law cases, including client consultations, pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and litigation.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Draft motions, petitions, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and support staff.
- Contribute to firm growth through client relationship management and participation in community or professional outreach.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and firm policies.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a family law Attorney. VA Bar License Legal writing, analysis, and drafting skills Ability and willingness to travel to different courts in Northern Virginia
