Salary Information:
$23-25 hourly
Ability to prepare and format litigation materials, including Legal Document Preparation, Pleadings, and Motions.
Strong analytical skills in Document Review, including organizing, summarizing, and tracking case-related records.
Proficiency in Legal Research using online databases and court resources, with the ability to synthesize findings for attorney review.
Experience with civil litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems in Texas or comparable jurisdictions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong grammar and editing abilities.
Advanced organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate case files.
Proficient with legal practice management software, document management tools, and standard office productivity applications.
Paralegal certificate or relevant paralegal education preferred; prior experience as a litigation paralegal or in a law firm environment is highly beneficial.

Additional Information:
The Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based supporting all phases of civil litigation. Daily responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, assisting with discovery, maintaining case files, and managing deadlines and court calendars. The role involves coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, preparing exhibits and trial binders, and helping attorney get ready for hearings, mediations, and trials. The Litigation Paralegal will also perform legal research, summarize records and deposition transcripts, and ensure that all filings comply with procedural rules. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with attorney and staff to support efficient case progression.
