Job Description:

HighPoint Law in Southeast Pennsylvania, is looking for an estate planning attorney with experience, who’s not satisfied with being only a great document drafter. We’re looking for someone who is also a good listener, who can help clients think through their obstacles and opportunities and design the plan that’s best for them. This is a rewarding opportunity to help families preserve their assets and provide for the future of their loved ones. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive estate plans using wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, and you’ll assist clients with the funding of their trusts. We offer Purposeful Planning, which brings in their “why” and their hopes for their loved ones. You will also be involved in the settlement of clients’ estates.

You will provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding how best to set up their estate plan or bring it up to date. There will be cases with opportunities for tax reduction, and you’ll help clients design their plan so it’s uniquely theirs. Your expertise and creativity will be essential in helping families achieve their goals. The person we are looking for will be knowledgeable, organized, and passionate about how estate planning adds strength and order to a family. Additional Information:
Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Pennsylvania Bar admission 3+ years of experience in estate planning Fluency in estate planning principles and laws Strong research and writing skills Ability to interpret and explain complex legal documents Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in drafting and customizing estate planning documents Knowledge of tax laws as they relate to estates and trusts Ability to assess the client's personal and financial situation and form a plan accordingly
