​​​​​​​California licensed attorney needed for law firm in Mission Valley. We do a wide variety of civil litigation and transactional work. 1-7 year lawyer preferred but will consider more experienced lawyers. Great hands-on experience with lawyers and paralegals who love the practice of law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in courtroom proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Perform legal administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience with litigation and courtroom procedures is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
