Telios Law PLLC helps ministries and organizations solve legal problems in ways that further their mission and build the Kingdom of God by caring for people well. Our firm is seeking an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in relevant areas and a creative approach to problem-solving that includes a spiritual focus. Relevant experience would include employment law, nonprofit law, complex litigation, or constitutional law.

Responsibilities:
Advises clients; Communicates well and promptly with team members and clients with meetings, phone calls, and emails; Researches legal and factual matters; Reviews and summarizes records; Drafts documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, complex reports, and others; Assists with investigative interviews; Appears in court; Improves firm templates, work flows, and processes; Writes informational articles for Telios marketing; Works with firm staff to coordinate document production, mailings, or filings; and works on client projects or other work duties as requested.

Telios Law is a small but growing firm that works locally, nationally, and internationally. Our office is in Monument, Colorado in a beautiful chalet–style building on the ridge of the Palmer Divide. We are half an hour from Colorado Springs, an hour from Denver, and about two hours from the ski resorts and other mountain activities. Telios Law is actively involved with CLS, Thomas More Society (on pro–life cases), ADF, the Child Safety and Protection Network, the Evangelical Council for Abuse Prevention, Risk Management Network, Faith-Based Security Network, and Missio Nexus.
Salary or salary range: $70,000-90,000, depending on experience
Requirements:
- Law degree, any state;
- Personal or professional knowledge of Christian religious organizations and how they function;
- Strong writing skills;
- Strong legal research skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred, including expertise with Styles (must be learned);
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat preferred (must be learned);
- Proficiency with Excel preferred (must be learned);
- Occasional flexibility in daily work schedule to meet firm’s needs during periods of heavy workload; and cross–cultural experience is a definite plus.
