Thursday, October 26, 2017

WHERE:

CLS National Conference Marriott Newport Beach Hotel Newport Beach, CA Thursday, October 26, 2017 8:00 AM TO 5:30 PM

ABOUT EVENT:

“Learn to do right! Seek justice, encourage the oppressed. Defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow.” Isaiah 1:17

CLS’ Christian Legal Aid (CLA) program is a critical ministry that increases access to legal aid services for the poor, marginalized, and victims of injustice in America. The Legal Aid Summit provides Christian legal aid staff and volunteers from around the country the opportunity to learn, support, and be a blessing to each other as we grow in our ability to serve those in need.

Everyone is welcome, including CLA leaders, staff attorneys, volunteer attorneys, clinic board members, non-attorneys who work with legal aid clinics, and anyone interested in exploring Christian legal aid. Join us for a great time of learning and fellowship!

“Such a joy to be able to meet and fellowship with fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord who have the same heart and passion to minister to the poor and oppressed and get practical advice and knowledge to build our own CLA.” – 2016 Legal Aid Participant.
